On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the formation of the Alliance and when the Republic of North Macedonia is on its way to becomе the 30th member state of NATO, ATA Macedonia, in cooperation with its partners, organized and joined a series of events aimed at celebrating the NATO anniversary, as well as informing and familiarizing the wider public with the goals and values of the Alliance.

On the occasion of the Day of NATO – 4th of April and the 70th Anniversary of the Alliance,  many events were organized, honoring the NATO week, but also celebrating the Ratification process for the country and becoming a full – 30th member of NATO.

The discussion took place at the Ceremonial Hall in the Government of Republic of North Macedonia on 3rd of April 2019 (Wednesday) starting at 12:00 o’clock.

On 14th of February 2019, delegation from the Euro – Atlantic Council of Macedonia led by the President, Mr. Ismet Ramadani met H.E. Prof. Dr. Milan Jazbec, Ambassador of the Republic Slovenia in Skopje - NATO Contact point Embassy.

On the occasion of the official visit of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr. Karl Erjavec, a panel discussion was held in the premises of the Assembly of Republic of Macedonia entitled: “NATO- More than Alliance for stability and security”, organized by the Committee on Defence and Security, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in the Republic of Macedonia and the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia.

The SCHOOL OF DEFENSE, SECURITY AND NATO INTEGRATIONS, which started on 18 September 2018, was officially finalized on 25 December 2018.
