The Euro – Atlantic Council of North Macedonia, together with partnering organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Montenegro, Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic was part of a Visegrad Fund-supported project: “The New Democratic Wo/Men of the Western Balkans – Increasing Youth Participation in Democracy”, which aim was to increase the awareness of democratic processes among the youth of the Western Balkans and enhance youth participation in policy-making processes.

From the 15th to the 17th June 2021, a delegation of the Euro - Atlantic Council of North Macedonia con-sisted of Mr. Ilija Djugumanov, Secretary General and Ms. Dina Arnaut, Chairman of the Supervisory Board attended the 16th edition of the GLOBSEC Forum in Bratislava, Slovakia.

On the 5th of May 2021 the Euro-Atlantic Council initiated a working meeting with the Executive Director of the Business Club of the Euro-Atlantic Council, Svetozar Janevski, President Ismet Ramadani, Secretary General Ilija Djugumanov, businessmen and members of the management of the Business Club with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and the Minister for agriculture, Arijanit Hoxha.

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Statute of the Euro - Atlantic Council, on January 28th, 2021, starting at 17:30, the General Assembly of the Euro - Atlantic Council was held.

The Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia, led by the success and interest of student simulations and similar events in the country, on December 18, 2020, organized the traditional NATO Student Simulation, on the topic: "Securing the World in Insecure Times”

The NATO Academy 2020 lecture on the topic "NATO Integration and Cooperation with Other Institutions (Directorate for Protection and Rescue)" with Dr. Bekim Maksuti, Director of the Protection and Rescue Directorate and former Deputy Minister of Defense, was held on November 30, 2020 (Monday) starting at 2 p.m. Due to the current situation caused by the KOVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the recommendations of the state and health authorities, this lecture was held online through the ZOOM platform.
