The President of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia, Lazar Elenovski on October 11th – 12th 2011, visited NATO and the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA).
In NATO HQ, Elenovski realized meetings with ambassadors of the NATO member countries, as well as other high officials of NATO PDD and the sector of defence planning. The main subject of these meetings was the new strategic concept of NATO – Smart Defence.

In the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA), Elenovski realized meeting with the ATA Secretary General, Trols Froling, where central place had the ATA General Assembly which will take place in Tirana, Albania in November 2011 as well as the reform of this global alliance.
