Delegation of the Euro – Atlantic Council of Macedonia led by the Vice President of the Euro – Atlantic Council of Macedonia, Mr. Ismet Ramadani and the other members, Mr. Ilija Djugumanov the President of the YATA Macedonia and Mr. Jordan Tasev the Secretary General of the YATA Macedonia participated on the Conference on Partnership Policy and Smart Defence in the Context of the New NATO Strategic Concept.

The fifth Regional Euro Atlantic Camp REACT 2012, organized by the Alfa Centar was held in municipality of Mojkovac in Montenegro from 28.07.2012 until 03.09.2012. There were 303 applicants from twenty-two countries that applied for the Camp from which the expert council of Alfa Centar chose 80 participants. Among the 80 participants, there were three representatives from the Presidency of YATA Macedonia: lija Kiroski, Selma Biberovic and Hristian Despotovski.

Session 2: “Development of Regional Capacities for Emergency Relief in the Spirit of Smart Defence Initiative”
The main topic on the second session was the Development of Regional Capacities for Emergency Relief in the Spirit of Smart Defence Initiative. The session was moderated by Mr. Fatos Xhengo, Responsible for establishing and managing of the disaster preparedness and response program, Red Cross Albania. Session 1: “Capabilities for Emergency Relief – National Challenges and Perspectives”
The first session was dedicated to the National case studies of each country participant to the Advanced Research Workshop. Moderator on this session was Col. Ljube Dukoski who gave the introduction of the topic and the participants.
