EACM Meets the Ambassadors of NATO countries in Macedonia Print

The President of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia Lazar Elenovski and the Vice-President Ismet Ramadani on 9th March 2011 had working meeting with the ambassadors of the NATO countries in the Republic of Macedonia which was organized by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands – the current NATO Contact Embassy for Macedonia.


At the meeting Elenovski informed the NATO ambassadors in the country about the current situation regarding the NATO integration and outlined the positions and analysis of the EACM regarding the challenges on this issue.

Elenovski informed the NATO ambassadors about the annual program of the EACM for 2011, more precisely on the initiatives and the activities on national and international level which the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia plans to implement in 2011 related to the implementation of the euro-atlantic values in the Macedonian society, the implementation of the NATO Strategic Concept 2010, capacities development, the implementation of the UN 1325 Resolution, the EU defence identity, regional cooperation and other issues in the area of security and international relations.
